Job Summary:
Our Millwork Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing custom millwork projects from takeoff to completion. This role ensures projects are executed efficiently, within budget, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in custom millwork manufacturing, strong project management skills, and the ability to coordinate between clients, designers, engineers, and production teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Coordination:
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and scope.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, and contractors to define project requirements.
- Review and interpret architectural prints, drawings, and specifications to ensure project accuracy.

- Work closely with production teams to ensure materials, fabrication, and installation meet project specifications.
- Conduct site visits to oversee field measurements, installation and resolve any on-site challenges.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience:
- 3-5+ years of project management experience in the millwork, cabinetry, or woodworking industry.
- Strong knowledge of millwork manufacturing processes, materials, and installation techniques.

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and millwork drawings.

Compensation: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Clay Furniture works with General Contractors, subcontractors, commercial and retail companies. We work with our customers from the initial plans, to estimating and providing shop drawings to final completion of the millwork. Specializing in laminate, solid surface and many types of wood to customize exactly what the customer needs.
